The Happy Path Workshop

We hosted a series of eight weekly sessions for young girls and women from the BAME communities. Led by facilitator Yaina Samuels, these sessions aimed to build participants’ self-esteem, develop their emotional intelligence, and help them create and maintain their own Happy Path. The sessions took place every Tuesday from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Yaina Samuels, the founder of NuHi Training Ltd, shared her vast experience and learnings to assist participants in finding their own paths to happiness. With her qualifications in management, mentoring, and global recovery activism, Yaina has also delivered training in Somaliland, Sierra Leone, and India.
